Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy
Booking Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 01 September 2026
1. Booking requests
Submitting a form on our website is a request for service. We will confirm the service, appointment, address and any applicable charges with you before the booking is final.
2. R850 call-out fee
Where you request and agree to an on-site visit, a R850 call-out fee applies to the technician’s attendance and initial assessment at the agreed address. We will tell you about the fee and provide payment instructions before confirming the visit. Submitting an enquiry alone does not incur a charge.
The R850 is the total call-out price, including any applicable VAT. Repairs, labour beyond the initial assessment, replacement parts and materials are charged separately only after you approve a quote. We will disclose and obtain your agreement to any additional travel or after-hours charge before the booking is confirmed.
3. Quotes and additional work
After assessing the issue, we may provide a quote for the proposed work. We will obtain your approval before starting chargeable work or increasing an agreed price. You may decline a repair quote; the call-out fee remains payable if the visit has taken place.
4. Access and appointments
Please provide accurate details about the issue and ensure that someone authorised to grant access is available at the appointment. If the site is unsafe or access is unavailable, we will discuss rescheduling and any reasonable costs with you before charging them.
Appointment times may change due to travel or work at an earlier booking. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if we need to reschedule.
5. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before the technician is dispatched, we will refund any prepaid call-out fee in full. If you cancel after dispatch but before the visit, we may deduct a reasonable charge for costs already incurred, up to the R850 prepaid amount, where permitted by law. Once the technician has attended and completed the initial assessment, the call-out fee is payable.
Nothing in these terms limits a cancellation or refund right you have under applicable South African consumer law.
6. Service concerns
Please contact us promptly if you have a concern about a visit, quote or completed work. We will review it and respond with a proposed resolution. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
7. Personal information
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange the service and administer your booking, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Contact

Lead and Booking Enquiry Privacy Notice
Effective date: 01 Sep 2026
Dinisa Properties is responsible for the personal information collected through our lead and booking enquiry form. For privacy questions, contact Dataprivacy@dinisaproperties.co.za.
Information we collect
When you enquire about a service, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, requested service, property location, preferred date and description of the work. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess the requested work, discuss availability, prepare a quotation where appropriate, arrange a service and keep a record of our communications with you. Fields marked as required are needed to process your enquiry. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to respond.
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for promotional messages. We will request any marketing permission separately where required.
Who may receive it
Authorised Dinisa Properties staff and service providers may access the information where needed to handle your request. This may include our website hosting, email and customer relationship management providers. When the CRM form is connected, submissions will be recorded in Zoho CRM. We will take appropriate steps when a provider processes personal information outside South Africa.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it, unless the law permits or requires us to retain it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, object to certain processing, or request deletion where applicable. Email dataprivacy@dinisaproperties.co.za and provide enough information for us to identify your enquiry.
If you believe your information has been handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
